How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck
- Take a soft tape measure and wrap it gently around your dog’s neck where the collar normally sits.
- Make sure it’s snug but not tight — you should be able to slip two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck.
- Note the measurement in centimetres or inches, then check it against our size chart above.
✨ Tip: If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Using an Old Collar
- Lay your dog’s current collar flat on a table.
- Place a ruler or measuring tape alongside it.
- Measure from the buckle to the hole your dog normally uses (see green dotted line in the image).
✨ This will give you the most accurate size for their new Ted & Pip collar.
